教师教育专业化和教师教育一体化要求我们改革传统的教师教育模式,建立动态、开放、多元化的教师教育模式。我国教师教育模式正面临着深刻的变革,"顶岗实习,置换培训"是新形势下形成的一种新的教师教育模式,该模式的实施,既有效解决了高等师范院校教师教育专业学生的实习问题,保证了实习质量;也对加强农村地区中小学教师队伍建设与培训,全面推进农村地区素质教育发挥了重要作用;更有利于促进高师院校与中小学建立起"合作、互利、双赢"的新型关系,促进教师教育专业化和一体化的发展。

The specialization and integration of teacher education requires that traditional teacher education mode should be reformed, and a dynamic, open and diversified teacher education mode should be established. ＂Working Practice and Replacement Training＂ is a new teacher education mode in the new situation, which offers an effective so- lution to the problem of internship for students majoring in teacher education in normal universities, and ensures the quality of the internship, and reinforces the construction and training of primary and secondary schools＇ teaching staff in rural areas. It is also conductive to the establishment of a new relationship of cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win between colleges and primary and secondary schools, so as to promote the development of specialization and integration of teacher education.
