摘要
对一个单层、单跨、三榀、采用橡胶垫螺栓连接梁柱节点的装配式预制混凝土框架结构1/2缩尺模型进行拟动力试验,研究该结构在地震作用下的破坏模式、变形、滞回、耗能、强度、刚度等抗震性能。试验结果表明:此类装配式预制混凝土框架结构具有较好的抗震性能;采用橡胶垫螺栓连接的梁柱节点在试验中工作状态良好,而采用焊接连接的板梁节点在试验中破坏严重;屋面板与梁的焊接节点是此类结构的抗震薄弱环节。建议今后工程设计中对此类结构的板梁连接节点进行加强或采用柔性连接。
The pseudodynamic test was conducted on a 1/2 scale jointed precast concrete frame structure model with one floor, single span and two bays, which was assembled by the bean-to-column connections with rubber cushion and bolt in order to investigate its seismic behaviors including the failure pattern, deformation, hysteretic characteristic, energy dissipation, strength and stiffness etc. The test results show that this jointed precast concrete frame structure can provide satisfactory seismic performance; and the beam-to-column connections with rubber cushion and bolt work well. However, the welding connections between the roof slab to beam, which is the weakness of the structure system, were severely damaged in the test. It is suggested that the connections between roof slab to beam should be strengthen in design, or flexible connections should be used.
