宁德市PRED系统评价与协调发展研究

Assessment of the PRED System in Ningde City and its Coordinative Development

区域PRED系统可持续发展是当今世界各国普遍关心的重大课题.文章依据可持续发展指标体系建立的原则,结合福建省设区市的具体情况建立其PRED系统评价指标体系.基于主成分分析评价2004年福建省设区市PRED系统发展状况,并对宁德市PRED系统运行状况进行分析,提出协调宁德市PRED系统的方法和措施,以达到宁德市PRED系统的协调发展.

Sustainable development of regional PRED system is one of the important issues in the world today. Based on the general principles of Sustainable development as well as combining with the practical condition of Ningde city, the assessment indicator system of Ningde city PRED system are investigated in this paper. By the principal component analysis the authors analyze the developmental situation and tendency of the PRED system and subsystems in 2004,and comprehensive evaluation of the PRED system in Ningde city,and raise some measures and ways to harmonize the PRED system in Ningde city,so as to realize the coordinative development of the PRED system in Ningde city.
