福建省区域可持续发展评价指标体系研究

Study on Evaluation Index System for Region Sustainable Development in Fujian

基于区域可持续发展理论,在福建省人口、资源、环境、经济社会发展特征与数据源条件分析基础上,根据区域可持续评价目标及综合评价指标设置原则与选择方法,从人口系统、资源系统、环境系统、经济发展、社会进步等5个方面设置33项二级指标,同时从区域及其空间、时间关系考虑而设置193项三级指标,构建具递阶层次的福建省区域可持续发展评价指标体系.在指标的发展位、协调度定义基础上,提出从不同角度进行多指标综合的模型及进行协调性分析的方法.

Based on the region sustainable development theory, on the foundation of the Fujian province population, resources, environment, socio-economic development and source data analysis, according to the region sustainable development evaluation goal and synthetic evaluation index establishment principle and choice method, from the population system, resources system, environment system, economical development and social progress establishes the 33 two level of indexs, simultaneously from the region and spatial-time relations consideration establishes the 193 three level of indexs,constructs has the hierarchical structure of Fujian province region sustainable development evaluation index system. On the bases of indexs development position and cooperates in the dispatcher definition,this paper proposes the multi-targets synthesis model and the coordinative analysis method from the different angles.
