高校档案工作者应本着"以人为本"的教育理念,充分发挥其独特而重要的教育功能,加强对高校档案信息的专题编研和探讨,积极参与编撰办学历程大事记,建立名人档案和校史馆,并尝试探索建立大学生的"信用档案"和"问题学生"档案,进而为和谐校园文化建设提供强有力的支撑和参与作用.

Archivists in colleges and universities should establish educational concept of human-orientation, play their unique and important functions on education, strength compiling and studying special subject of information in colleges and universities archives, participate in compiling chronicle of school running, establish celebrity archives and school history center, and attempt explore establishing students＇ ＂credit archives＂ and ＂problemmatic students＂ archives. These measures will provide powerful support for and participation effect upon constructing harmonious campus culture.
