Concept of Socialist Rule of Law and Construction of Culture Among Judges Lawyers and Prosecutors

立足于政法文化建设,本文论证了政法文化的内涵和社会主义法治理念与政法文化的关系;在此基础上,论述了在社会主义法治理念指导下,我国政法文化建设的工作内容。

Based on the construction of Zhengfa culture, that is, culture among judges, lawyers and prosecutors, this article discusses the connotation of Zhengfa culture, its relationship with the concept of so- cialist rule of law and what we should do in constructing Zhengfa culture under the guidance of the concept of socialist rule of law.
