法律文书的撰写是法律从业者重要的一项职业技能。当前高职高专法律文书教材不利于高职法律写作水平的培养提高,编写一本"合时、合身、合用"的新教材是当务之急。

The writing of legal documents is one of the professional writing skills of legal workers. The current textbook of legal document writing for students in postsecondary vocational institutions is not good enough to improve students＇ legal writing skills, so it is urgent for us to compile a new one that should be update, suitable and practical.
