摘要
以高中生为实验对象,观察他们在团队目标设置条件、无明确目标条件下对体育足球课上颠球和定点踢远这两个项目的影响。36个被试者随机地分到下列三个组中:①团队目标组;②个人目标组;③"尽力而为"组。实验时间为五周。通过实验期间的记录的成绩使用数理统计分析方法进行研究,研究结果表明团队目标设置的方式在体育教学中能使学生足球颠球和踢远成绩提高,学生之间更有合作学习精神。
In this research, the high school student was chosen to be the experiment objects to study the effects of the group goal setting and no clear goal setting on soccer two major techniques- 36 subjects were randomly assigned to one of the three groups: 1, Group goal setting; 2. Individual goal setting; 3. "Do Your Best" goal setting. The experiment period was five weeks, In this period the author written down the scores of the performance, then used the statistics method to analysis the results,and the results of the study revealed that if the teacher use the group goal setting strategy will enhance the soccer techniques and also make the students more activist, more cooperated in the PE class.
