Rural clan force has become a serious problem that cant be avoided in the course of rural modernization in our country. Therefore, we should explore the reasons for rising of the rural clan force, analyze the bad effects it may bring about, and seek for the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem ,which has great significance for maneuvering all kinds of positive factors, promoting the sound and stable development of rural modernization.
