对《半导体少长针消雷器的实效不容否定》一文的两点意见

摘要 在美国消雷器曾经一度是美国大气科学家、闪电专家和防雷专家讨论会上的主要议题,但消雷概念在会上完全被否定。美国防火协会防雷法规委员会曾全体投票一致拒绝将美国消雷器列入防雷法规。自1980年以来,世界上一些国家在其建筑物防雷标准中先后采用了滚球法作为确定接闪器保护范围的方法之一。国际标准IEC1024-1:1990推荐,在设计和布置接闪器时采用滚球法作为确定保护范围的一种方法。在我国国标GB50057-94(建筑物防雷设计规范》中规定,仅采用滚球法作为确定接闪器保护范围的唯一方法。 In USA dissipation arrays were once the primesubject in a discussion meeting of atmospheric scientists andother lightning and lightning protection experts, where thisconcept was roundly denounced. The NFPA Lightning Pro-tection Code Committee voted unanimously to reject the diss-pation array system for inclusion in the code.Since 1980, in the standards for protection of structures a-gainst lightning of some countries in the world, the rollingsphere method has been used one after another as one way todetermine the zone of protection of the air-termination sys-tem. In the international stanard IEC 1024-1: 1990,it is rec-ommended that in designing and positioning the air-termina-tion system the folling sphere method can be used as one way.On the abve-nientioned as one reason, in GB 50057- 94'Designcode for protection of structures against lightning',it is stipu-lated that only the rolling sphere method shall be used to de-termine the zone of protection of the air-termination system.
