摘要
针对离散型生产制造企业ERP生产排程的特征,结合优化规则、动态规划和系统仿真的思想,设计了一种基于能力优化的车间任务调度算法。其中,全局评优函数量化并控制整体优化结果。该算法在复杂度与可行性之间取得了相对较好的平衡,满足了生产排程合理性、高效性、均衡性的目标。
For discrete manufacturing enterprises ERP production scheduling features, based on optimization rules, dynamic planning and system simulation, the paper designs a workshop task scheduling algorithm based on Optimization of capacity, in which the overall assessment function assesses and controls the overall optimization results. The algorithm achieves the relatively better balance between complexity and feasibility, and ensures production planning reasonable, efficiency and balance.
