摘要
Hesperidin and naringoside in xiangsha yangwei pill has been determined by the HPLC,in which the DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used as the column at UV 283 nm and the CH3CN-H2O solution(22∶78) was made use of mobile phase,in which H3PO4 was used as agent to regulate pH(3.5),the flow rate is 1.2 mL·min-1,there was a fine separated degree between the pending component and other component and the lineal range of Hesperidin and naringoside is 0.25μg^1.49 μg and 0.023μg^0.14 μg respectively.The average recoveries of Hesperidin and Naringoside were 99.3% and 102.6% respectively with RSD being 1.2% and 2.5%.The result can give a simple,effective method for controlling the quality of xiangsha yangwei pill.
