摘要
文章从三个方面论述环境保护工作的关键、基础和基本要求,提出了创建优良环境保护法制服务环境、公正执法等对环保工作人员来说必须做到的工作要求。
The article elaborates the key point of the environmental protection work, the foundation and the essential requirements from three respects. It pointed out that it is job demands for environmental protection staffto create good service environment of environmental protection legal system and to ensure fair law enforcement.
