随着国家电网的基础建设以及规划改造,上海市东供电公司目前已经初步完成了通信网络建设,形成了以市东供电公司本部为中心,辐射浦东、南汇、奉贤供电分公司的通信网络。目前,上海市东供电公司的调度、行政通信网络中主要通信交换机设备以数字程控用户时分交换系统据多,而重要通信节点均使用HARRIS程控交换机,因此对程控交换机设备的运行维护重点主要集中在HARRIS通信系统设备上。

This paper briefly introduced the HARRIS 2020 LH SPC Exchanges used by East Power Supply Branch which was controlled by storage program. It is the production which is constituted by hardware and software combined electronic computer technology with telephone switching technology.
