SYNTHESIS OF N-METHYLGLUCAMINE

摘要 通过多相催化氢化反应,以葡萄糖和甲胺为原料,兰尼镍为催化剂,制得了N-甲基葡萄糖胺,用正交实验确定了较佳工艺条件,收率达75.5%. N-methylglucamine was prepared by utilizing glucase and methyl amine as raw material, Raney Ni as catalyst, methylic alcohol as solvent, under the mormal atmosphere pressure through the heterogeneous catalytic hydrogenation reaction.
