摘要
对具有浓郁的洋葱和大蒜香味的香料二丙基二硫的合成进行了研究.以正面基溴和二硫化二钠为原料,四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,在水溶液中反应,合成了二丙基二硫.对其结构进行了红外光谱、核磁共振分析,考察了投料的摩尔比、催化剂的用量对产率的影响,产率达82.0%.
In order to increase the varieties of our country's perfume, the preparation of dipropyl disulfide with rich fragrance of onion and garlic is studied by the reaction of n-propyl bromide with sodium disulfide. The structure of the product is confirmed by IR and NMR. The reaction is improved in the presence of phase tranfer catalyst tetrabutyl ammonium bromide. The ratio of two reactant and the quantity of the catalyst are examined. The yield is about 82. 0 %.
