摘要
对以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、1,4-丁二醇和四氢呋喃聚醚二元醇为原料,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂制备PBT-PTMG嵌段共聚酯的工艺方法进行了研究。制备了软硬段比不同的PBT-PTMG嵌段共聚酯切片,并对其性能进行了表征。其结果显示,PBT-PTMG嵌段共聚酯的密度和硬度都随PBT含量的增大而增大,吸水率随聚醚含量增大而增大;调节PBT-PTMG嵌段共聚酯的组成可以得到具有不同力学性能的产物,且具有良好韧性。
The process of PBT-PTMG block copolymer prepared with dimethyl terephthalate, 1,4 -butylene glycol and poly( te-tramethylene glycol) as raw material,tetrabutyl titanate as catalyst was studied. PBT-PTMG block copolyester chip with different soft and hard segments ratio was prepared and the performances were characterized. The results showed that the density and hardness of PBT-PTMG block copolymer increased with the increasing of PBT content, the water absorption increased with the increasing of the polyether; the products with different mechanical properties can be obtained by regulating the composition of PBT-PTMG block copolymers and they possess good toughness.
