Shaft seal leakage analysis and measures of PET final polycondensation autoclave

针对PET装置终聚釜轴封出现的泄漏现象,对其结构和工作原理进行分析,找出了泄漏原因。在不停车的条件下进行摸索和采取措施,将轴封原来使用的进口密封液用国产品取代,彻底关闭密封Ⅰ室进出口阀,以维持装置的稳定运行,并保证产品的品质。

According to the shaft seal leakage phenomenon appeared in PET plant final polycondensation autoclave, the structure and working principle of the shaft seal was analysed. The leakage reasons were found out. The measures were taken without shutting down. The shaft seal original used imported seal liquid was replaced with the domestic one. The sealed I chamber inlet and outlet valve was completely closed. The steady operation of PET plant was maintained ,the product quality was guaranteed.
