摘要
研究了超声波悬浮液制样横向加热石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定铅、镉的条件.该方法快速、简便、准确.铅线性范围为0~100ng·ml^-1,r=0.9997,检测限为2.8ng·g^-1;镉线性范围为0~10ng·ml^-1,r=0.9992,检测限为0.8ng·g^-1.该方法用于河泥样品分析,效果良好,Pb的回收率为91.5%~105.5%,Cd的回收率为91.2%~101.2%.
The condition in which the plumbum(Pb) , cadmium (Cd) were directly determined by Ultrasonic Pretreatment Suspension Sampling-transversely heated GFAAS. It is rapid, simple and accurate to use the method. The linear range for the determination of Pb was 0-100 ng · ml^-1 ,the r was 0. 9997, and the detection limit was 2.8 ng · ml^-1. The linear range for the determination of Cd was 0-10ng · ml^-1 ,the r was 0. 9992 ,and the detection limit was 0.8 ng · ml^-1. Using the method in the analysis of the mud sample at the bottom of the River, the effect was well, and the recovery of the Pb was 91.5-105.5%, the recovery of the Cd was 91.2-101.2%.
