Analysis and Optimistic Countermeasure of Industrial Structure in Dongting Lake Region

洞庭湖区的经济发展水平直接影响到湖南省的社会经济发展水平.文章首先分析了洞庭湖区时间序列背景下三次产业结构的变化,并以2005年数据与"标准结构"及我国产业结构进行比较,然后分析湖区各市、县的产业结构,接着对湖区各市、县的工业化程度做了判断分析,最后提出了湖区产业结构的优化对策:进行"三农三化"建设,推进湖区现代农业的发展;力促传统工业的改造与重组,走"新型工业化"道路;保持传统服务业的高速发展,积极拓展现代服务业.

The economic development level of Dongting Lake region has directly impacted on the social and economic development level of Hunan province. Firstly, this article is an analysis of the change of industrial structure at three times in Dongting Lake region on the background of time series. Secondly, with the data of year 2005, the article is also a comparison of Dongting Lake region＇s ＂standard structure＂ and the similar data of the nation. Thirdly, it has analyzed the industrial structure and industrialization degree of every cities and counties in Dongting Lake region. Finally the article has brought forward the optimistic countermeasure of industrial structure： carrying out the agricultural industrialization, pushing forward the development of modern agriculture; promoting the reforming and re-construction of traditional industry; walking on the new road of industrialization; keeping the high speed of traditional service industry; opening up the service of modern industry actively.
