摘要
为改善传统逆变技术用工频变压器的诸多弊端,介绍了推挽高频链逆变器用核心部件——高频变压器的工作模式和设计方法,详细阐述了设计原理及过程,用详实、具体的步骤揭示了高频变压器设计、制作的复杂程序。为验证设计效果,试制品在3 kVA单向推挽高频链逆变器上进行了试验。试验结果表明设计的高频变压器性能良好,方法清晰、明了,具有一定的实用性和工程应用价值。
The working model and designing method of high frequency transformer which is used in push- pull inverter are introduced. After expounding the principle and designing steps,a model is built and the corresponding experiments are done by high frequency link pull - push inverter of 3KVA. The experiments validate the results. The research results show that the capability of this high frequency transformer is favorable and practical. The method is very perspicuity and can be used in many projects generally.
