摘要
行车起重系统主要应用在冶金、机械制造等重型企业,其主要任务是把负载吊起并移动到预定的位置。模糊控制系统是一种自动控制系统,模糊控制不需要对象的数学模型,是解决不确定系统控制的一条有效途径。用模糊控制技术来解决行车吊装设备启停过程中出现的摇摆问题,以便操作者能平稳、安全的驾驶行车。应用Matlab进行仿真模拟,结果表明,行车物料摆角较小,能达到安全平稳的目的。
Travelling cranes control system is mainly used in the metallurgical industry,heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises. The main task of this system is lifting loads and moving them to the designated location. Fussy control system is a kind of automatic control system. There is no need for mathematical model of the object for fussy control. Therefore, it is an effective approach in solving uncertain system control. The intelligent control of gantry crane based on fuzzy expert system can be used to solve the problem of shaking during the process of vehicle crane equipment start - up and shutdown to enable the operator to drive the vehicle steadily and safely. Matlah is proved to be helpful when it is applied in the simulation process to reduce the vehicle material swing angle which will keep vehicle steady and safe.
