摘要 为满足混合动力汽车要随时根据整车的运行模式调整发动机输出扭矩的需要,采用传统节气门阀,加装BOSCH公司DV-E5型节气门控制直流电机和传动装置,开发了一种新型的高可靠并具有故障诊断功能的驱动电路。针对系统不同开度区间运行特性的差异,应用改进的变结构PID对系统进行控制,并提出基于发动机最佳工作点的复合式混合动力汽车发动机目标节气门确定方法。台架联合调试结果表明,所开发的电控节气门系统具有较好响应速度和控制稳定性。 In order to satisfy the demand of hybrid electric vehicle, which needs regulate the engine output torque according to the running mode. The traditional mechanical throttle is modified into an electrically controlled throttle with DV-E5 of BOSCH. A new reliable drive circuit with fault diagnosis is designed,at the same time, the improved variable structure PID algorithm applied in the ETC system and optimization objective throttle degree of combined hybrid electric is put forward. Experiment results show that the electrically controlled throttle developed has high response speed and good control stability.
