目的:设计全自动血液分析仪通信接口程序,以实现血液分析仪数据的自动传输。方法:采用Net技术,通过串口通讯开发,连接计算机与血液分析仪,设置通信参数,自动将测量数量捕获,分析,转换,并传入网络数据库。结果:系统的应用实现了全自动血液分析仪的自动传输,取代了检验人员的手工录入,节约了人力物力成本,提高了数据的准确性,保证了临床检验的服务质量。结论:全自动血液分析仪通信接口程序的应用,解决了仪器数据的自动化采集难题,有助于促进临床检验信息化的进程,提高效率,改善服务,值得推广。

Objective： To develop a communication interface software for automated hematology analyzer, to transfer the data from the analyzer automatically,Method： Based on Microsoft, Net technology, with programming of serial communication, host computer was connected to the hematology analyzer by right settings of communication parameters, and the data of the analyzer were captured, analyzed, converted and saved to database by network.Results： With this software, data were transferred automatically.It replaced manual recording, saved manpower and resources costs, improved data accuracy and ensure the qualities of services.Conclusion： The application of communication interface software solved the difficult situation of automatic data acquisition.It helps to push forward the informational process of laboratory.It raises the efficiency and improves qualities of services. It is worth of spreading.
