Rashba自旋轨道耦合效应对散粒噪声的影响

摘要 计算了自旋电子隧穿铁磁/半导体/铁磁异质结的隧穿系数.根据Landauer-Büttier公式及其理论框架,计算了零温时的散粒噪声和电导,对散粒噪声和电导的函数曲线进行了对比分析,讨论了它们和Rashba自旋轨道耦合效应及量子尺寸效应的关系. The transmission coefficient of the spin electrons tunnel the ferromagnetic/semiconductor/ferromagnetic (FM/S/FM) heterojunction was calculated. Based on the formula and the theory frame bf Landauer- Büttiker, the shot noise power and the conductance at zero temperature were calculated. Finally, carried out comparative analysis of the function curves of shot noise power and conductance, and discussed their relations with Rashba spin-orbit interaction and quantum dimension.
