摘要
采用肌电反馈放松训练法对大学生失眠症患者进行治疗,在治疗前后让失眠症患者填写抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS),并记录治疗前后被试的睡眠多导图.结果发现:治疗后大学生的睡眠质量有所改善,主要表现:睡眠潜伏期显著缩短,觉醒次数明显减少,REM时间延长,S3,S4睡眠时间延长,睡眠效率提高,被试的焦虑症状也有明显好转;同时抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分也有明显的降低,被试的肌电值在放松训练过程中有了显著的降低.总之,研究证实肌电反馈放松训练具有放松肌肉、缓解紧张、改善睡眠的作用.
Methods electromyography(EMG) feedback and relaxation training were used to treat the insomniacs, who should fill in some questionnaires, including self-rating Anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale,pitt-sburgh sleeping quality index. One of them had All-night polysomnography(PSG)before and after the treatment. After EMG feedback and relaxation training, the insomnics have a improvement in their sleep quality, that is based on the shortening of sleep latent period and reducing of awakening, the sleep time of REM and the period of S3, S4 are longer. In the same time the patient's anxious depression symptoms get obviously improved. The EMG feedback relaxation training can relax the muscles and mind,also improve the sleeping quality.
