Progress of Obtaining Cucumber Haploid through Unpollinated Ovary Culture

单倍体是理想的育种材料，未授粉子房培养是获得黄瓜单倍体的有效途径。阐述了黄瓜未授粉子房培养的研究进展，并对影响培养效果的因素进行了总结与分析，同时对再生植株的倍性检测方法和染色体加倍技术做了简要的概述。

Haploid is an ideal material for breeding,unpollinated ovary culture is an efficient method to obtain cucumber haploid. The latest advances on unpollinated ovary culture in cucumber were reviewed in this paper and the factors to affect the culture were summarized and analyzed here. Also, the progress on methods concerning ploidy determination and chromosome doubling in cucumber regeneration plant were outlined respectively.
