清脑熄风消痛颗粒治疗偏头痛36例

Clinical Observation of "Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Granule" in Treating 36 Cases of Migraine

目的观察清脑熄风消痛颗粒治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取符合标准的偏头痛患者72例,按随机对照原则分为治疗组(清脑熄风消痛颗粒)与对照组(养血清脑颗粒)各36例,连续服药60天,观察中医证候积分和经颅多普勒超声(TCD)等指标的变化情况。结果①治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);②两组中医证候积分治疗后较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组治疗后ACA、MCA、PCA、VA均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后ACA、MCA、VA组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④两组不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论清脑熄风消痛颗粒可明显改善偏头痛患者的临床症状,可作为偏头痛发作期及预防性治疗的有效制剂。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Granule＂ in the treatment of migraine of liver-yang hyperactivity. Methods Seventy-two subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 36 cases took ＂Qingnao Xifeng Xiaotong Granule＂ and control group took ＂Yangxue Qingnao Granule＂, After 60-day treatment, the syndrome score and TCD results were observed. Results The clinical effect was better in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）; the syndrome scores decreased after treatment in both groups（P〈 0.05）, with a difference and VA improved（P〈 0.05） in both groups, with differences between Xifeng Xiaotong Granule＂ can significantly improve clinical symptoms between the two groups（P〈 0.05）; after treatment, ACA, MCA, PCA two groups in ACA, MCA and VA（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Qingnao and can be used to prevent migraine.
