摘要
目的探讨大鼠口服甘草酸后肠内微生物代谢转化。方法利用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸原形及其代谢产物甘草次酸在大鼠肠道微生物作用下量的代谢变化规律。结果在大鼠肠道微生物作用下将甘草酸代谢为甘草次酸。随着代谢时间的增加,甘草次酸的含量逐渐提高。结论甘草酸经口服后肠道有较高的首过作用。
Objective To explore the metabolic transformation and the metabolites of Glycyrrizin given orally in rats. Method The content of both original Glycyrrizin and its metabolite Diosgenin were detected by means of HPLC. Results Glycyrrizin could be metabolized easier by intestinal bacteria in rats, which increased gradually with the time. Conclusion Glycyrrizin has first-pass effect in intestine.
