摘要
目的对新疆传统维药黑种草子的化学成分进行研究。方法采用化学分离方法分离新疆传统维药黑种草子,用核磁和气质联用的方法进行结构鉴定。结果从传统维药黑种草子中分离得到10个化合物。结论采用化学分离方法分离得到化合物山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、胡萝卜苷、芦丁、菜油甾醇、附子碱、棕榈酸、黑种草三糖、黑种草苷、胆甾醇、豆甾醇。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Nigella glandulifera seed, a Xinjiang traditional Uyghur Medicine. Methods ' The Nigella glandulifera seed was chemically separated by NMR and structural identification by GC-MS. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Nigella glandulifera seed. Conclusion They were Kaempferol 3-α-[β-D--glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranosyl- (1→2) -glucopy ranosyl], Daucosterol, Rutin, Campesterol, Fuzitine, Hexadecanoicacid, Nigellamose, Nigeglanoside, Cholesterol, Stigmasterol.
