磨煤机入口混合风道加装气动插板门 被引量:1

摘要 针对磨煤机停运后热风漏风量大、磨煤机内部温度高的问题,提出了在磨煤机入口混合风道加装混合风气动插板门,利用磨煤机入口冷、热风压差来密封热风以阻止其漏入磨煤机内的改造方案。试验结果表明,加装混合风门后磨煤机内部温度由56℃降至28℃,漏风量从20.88t/h降至9.32t/h,锅炉排烟温度下降,锅炉效率增加,节能效果明显。 Directing against problems of large hot air leakage and high temperature inside the coal pulverizer after ils shutdown,a retrofit seheme of additionally installing pneumatie slide plate gate into air - mixing duet at inlet of the eoal pulverizer has been put forward, to use the pressure differenee between hot and eold air at the inlet of eoal pulverizer for sealing the hot air. Results of test show that the temperature inside the eoal pulverizer has decreased from 56 ℃ to 28 ℃ ,and the air leakage amount has redueed from 20.88 t/h to 9.32 t/h after shut - down of the eoal pulverizer, enhaneing the boiler's effieieney,having remarkable energy - saving effeet.
