摘要
在循环水质恶化的条件下,凝结器管材HSn70-1、HAl77-2经过短期运行后即出现结垢、腐蚀甚至穿孔。为了延长其使用寿命,研制了铜管镀膜新药剂HX-2,并通过试验室电化学试验、现场应用进行验证,证明其效果良好。
Under condition of circulating water quality deterioration, scaling, corrosion, even peforated ulcer may occur on tube material HSn 70 - 1 and HAl 77 - 2 in condensers during very short time duration of operation. In order to lengthen the service life of said tubes,a new type of filmogeon HX - 2 used for copper tubes in condensers has been developed. Through chemical test in the laboratory and industrial application in the field,it is verified that the effectiveness of said filmogen to be excellent.
