清香型白酒是我国三大主流香型,销量很大,其自身有许多优势:淡雅、纯净。但其发展过程却是非常曲折的:从不被白酒界认识至逐渐被酒界专家和消费者看好,到近来快速发展的契机,经历了漫长的过程。但要迎来清香型白酒的春天,还有许多具体问题要处理好:包装的个性化、酒文化的建设、加强技术改造、提升企业形象、注重宣传、扩大市场份额及加强交流促进技术进步等问题。
Fen style liquor is the mainstream of Chinese three major flavor type liquors. Fen style liquor has great sale and its own advantages of elegant and pure characters. But its development process is very tortuous: it has experienced a long process from not being recognized by liquor industry, to gradually being accepted by the experts of liquor industry and consumer, until the recent opportunity of rapid development. To greet the "spring" of Fen liquor, there are still many specific issues to be properly handled: the personalized packaging, liquor culture building, strengthening technological innovation, enhancement of corporate image, focusing on advocacy, expanding market share and strengthening exchanges to promote technological progress.
