用扫描探针显微镜AFM功能能观察到白酒的微观颗粒状态。通过在白酒中浸出的枸杞多糖和其他成分,观察白酒中微量化学成分所形成的微观形态变化。

The AFM function of scanning probe microscope can observe the microscopic particles state of white liquor. This article through the lycium polysaccharide and other components which leached in white liquor, observes the change of microscopic shape which formed with the microchemistry components in the white liquor.
