摘要
介绍了DeviceNet-Modbus协议转换器的设计方法,即利用DeviceNet和Modbus都采用部分ISO/OSI模型标准的特点,完成了DeviceNet和Modbus两种网络的互联,并介绍了其硬件设计和DeviceNet网络基于仅限组2从站设备的软件实现方法。最终测试证明本设备可以满足实际需求。
A design idea of protocol converter worked between the DeviceNet and Modbus protocols is introduced in this paper. The designed system is based on parts of ISO/OSI model. It works as group 2 only slave and can execute the conversion between DeviceNet protocol and Modbus protocol. The hardware and software design scheme of the converter is covered. The experiment result shows that the converter fully meets the real time demands of DeviceNet.
