The Research on Internationalization of China's Commercial Banks

本文在分析我国银行国际化的现状和存在的问题的基础上,提出了引进战略投资者、谨慎选择目标市场和并购的对策建议。

Faced with the increasingly fierce competition, China＇s commercial banks urgently look for ways to excel. And how to achieve successful internationalization becomes the task with first priority for them. After analyzing the status quo, the article puts forward three strategies： introducing strategic partners, prudently choosing market and promote M＆A.
