目的:观察夜来香水提取物对豚鼠心房肌收缩性的影响。方法:采用豚鼠左右心房测定夜来香水提取物对其自动节律、收缩力、兴奋性、功能不应期的影响。结果:夜来香水提取物对豚鼠右心房肌的收缩性产生双相作用,夜来香水提取物对右心房肌的收缩力在低剂量时具有剂量依赖性的增强作用,但在高剂量时却表现为抑制现象;同时还明显减慢心率;夜来香水提取物还可提高豚鼠左心房肌的兴奋阈值,降低其兴奋性;高浓度夜来香水提取物缩短左心房的功能不应期。结论:夜来香水提取物抑制豚鼠心房肌的作用可能与其抑制心肌细胞膜电压依赖性钙通道、钠通道有关。

Objective ：To study the electrophysiology effects of Cestrum Nocturum Water Extract on isolated gunea pig atria. Methods ：The conventional experimental methods for electrophysiology of isolated guinea pig left and right atria were adopted, such as Cestrum Nocturum Water Extract on contractility, spontaneous beat of right atrium, function refractory. Results： Cestrum Nocturum Water Extractprominently decreased spontaneous beat of right atrium. As for the contractibility of right atrium, it has an effect of biphasic manner, Cestrum Nocturum Water Extract at a lower concentration enhanced the contraction of left atria in a concentration - dependent manner;but at a higher concentration it exerted an inhibitory effect. And Cestrum Nocturum Water Extract possesses the effect of depressing the excitability via increasing the threshold of excitability. Conclusion ：The pharmacological effect of Cestrum Nocturum Water Extract on isolated guinea pig atria may be related to the mechanism by restraining the voltage - dependent calcium channel and natrium channel.
