ERCP-relative Operations Treating 219 Cases Of Bile Duct And Pancreatic Diseases

目的:探讨ERCP技术在胰胆道疾病中的的疗效和应用。方法:回顾性分析ERCP+EST治疗219例胰胆道疾病患者临床资料。结果:共有212例患者成功进行ERCP;其中乳头切开203例;胆总管结石取石成功率为93.3%(98/105);胆源性胰腺炎治愈率96.2%(50/52);Odd i括约肌功能失调患者疼痛缓解率90.5%(19/21)。胆总管下端炎性狭窄行EST+ERBD 10例。结论:ERCP技术在胰胆道疾病中的应用疗效显著,无明显内镜操作相关的并发症。

Objectives ：To investigate the application of ERCP and relative techniques for the bile duct and pancreatic diseases. Method ： Retrospective analysis of 219 cases of patient who were with the bile duct or pancreatic diseases and accepted ERCP plus EST operation from April 2006 to May 2008 in our hospital. Result：ERCP operations were brought to success in 212 cases, EST in 203 cases. Successful removing of stones from common bile duct in 98 cases among the 105 patients who accepted EST operation, successfial cure of biliary panereatitis in 50/52 eases, pain relieve in 19/21 eases with sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, and EST ＋ ERBD treatment in 10 cases with inflammatory stricture of lower common bile duct. Conclusion：ERCP and relative techniques may play a great role in treatment of the bile duct and pancreatic diseases, being worth to extensive clinical application.
