纯棉阻燃织物中磷——氮协同效应初探 被引量:7

摘要 通过一种国产纯棉阻燃剂,对阻燃织物中磷—氮协同效应的一些规律进行了初步探讨,认为并非所有的含氮化合物都有磷—氮协同效应,对有协合能力的含氮化合物来讲,也并非其用量越多协同效应越大,同时,要综合考虑整理后织物的其它性能。在所研究的含氮化合物中,尿素的协同效应较大。树酯HMM在阻燃处方中除了作为交联剂外,同时也是一种协效剂。在本实验条件下,阻燃织物上的P/N比例为2.58时可以得到综合性能较佳的阻燃织物。 We had worked an exploration of phosphorus nitrogen synergism in a sort of coffon flame retardant texliles.It was thought that not all nitrogen contained compounds had the synergism,and not the more the amount of the compounds used,the great the synergism had.Simultaneously,it was considered that the others performances of the finished fabrics.Of the studied nitrogen contained compounds,the synergism of urea was more great.Resin HMM was both linking and synergism agent.In our experimetal conditions,the P/N ratio was 2.58,the beter flame retardant fabrics had been obtained.
