摘要 介绍了我们研制的一种L波段电离层闪烁和TEC监测仪,并给出初步观测结果。文中提出了基于载噪比计算S4的方法和一种新的用TEC的标准差定义的闪烁活动指数。与GSV4004型GPS电离层闪烁和TEC监测仪在同一地点的对比观测表明,本文研制的监测仪测量得到的数据可靠,能够有效地监测电离层振幅/相位闪烁和TEC扰动现象。 This paper presented an ionospheric scintillation and TEC fluctuation monitor developed by us and some primary results. In the paper a method to calculate S4 index based on the carrier-to-noise ratio is introduced, and a new kind of scintillation parameter which is defined by the standard deviation of TEC is suggested. With simultaneous observations of the GSV4004 monitor and the monitor developed by effectively U m s at the same place, it is shown that the monitor developed by us can easure the amplitude and phase scintillations and TEC fluctuations.
