摘要
对机电产品的传统设计方法、数学优化设计方法和利用试验设计法进行优化设计的方法进行了对比研究，指出试验设计法才能在产品设计中普遍适用的优化方法，并结合实例对试验设计法在产品优化设计中的应用进行了探讨。
A comparision was made between the traditional method of design of electromechanical products,the method of optimizing design with mathmatics and the method of optimizing with the experimental design method.It has pointed out that it is only the experimental design method that can be universally used in the design of products.And its practical application in the optimizing design of product was studied in this paper.
