针对目前汽车民营企业现状,提出将DIY汽车制造作为一种新的经营尝试,并对该经营模式的发展背景,技术支持,经营模式,经营优势作了简单的分析。总结出一旦DIY汽车制造的技术成熟,将成为中国汽车民营企业经营的新路。

In view of present situation of automobile privately-operated enterprise, the author proposes that we should take the DIY automobile manufacture as one kind of new management attempt, and make a simple analysis on the development background, the technical support, the management pattern and management superiority. Once the technology be matured, will it be the new road for Chinese privately-operated automobile enterprise.
