摘要
随着我国旅游业的不断发展,旅行社的质量管理也越来越受到行业主管部门、旅游经营者和旅游者的重视。旅行社服务是一种极易失控的特殊产品。如果能通过"记所做、做所记、查所做、改所做"等系列步骤,将影响质量的各种因素始终严格地置于受控状态之中,对提高旅行社质量管理水平必定产生有益而深远的影响。
With the development of the tourism of our country, the quality management of travel agencies is more and more paid attention to by the respective upper management departments, tourist companies and tourists. The service provided by the travel agencies is a special product that can be easily out of control. By taking the steps as "recording what has been done, doing what has been recoded, checking what has been done and improving what has been done", putting various factors influencing the quality strictly in the state under control will produce profound effect to the quality management of the travel agencies.
