摘要
研究了树状大分子PAMAM(G=1)通过其外围的氨基与3-氰基-1-中氮茚甲酸甲酯(PIN)的羰基和氰基相互作用而自组装的行为。这一自组装既实现了对树状大分子的表面修饰,也实现了中氮茚衍生物由油相向水相的转移。水相中PIN紫外吸收峰及荧光峰的出现,且其变化的程度与油相中的PIN的浓度及水相中PAMAM的浓度有直接关系的光谱监测结果,证实这一相转移的发生。
The self-assemble behavior between dendrimer of PAMAM(G= 1) and 3-cyano-indolizine-l-carboxylic acid methyl ester were studied, which realize the peripheral modifying for PAMAM(G=1) and the transfer of PIN from oil phase to water phase. The phase transfer were proved by UV and fluorescent spectra , and their changing degree is connected with the concentration of PAMAM(G=1) and the PIN.
