摘要
在纳米SiOx表面通过先接枝高分子聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)长链,再用卤代烷烷基化成高分子季铵盐,制得一种新型的纳米SiOx粉体。抗菌实验表明,采用此工艺制得的纳米SiOx粉体对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌、酵母菌和霉菌均有较好的抗菌性。对细菌的临界抗菌浓度为1.0mg/ml。热处理和洗涤实验表明抗菌纳米SiOx具有良好的耐热性能和稳定性。
The long-chain high-molecular-weight polyethylenimine(PEI) was grafted on the surface of nanometer SiOx, then the PEI was alkylated to high-molecular-weight quaternary ammonium salts by the alkyl halide. It was proved that this kind of nanometer SiOx had antibacterial activity against the Gram-positive bacterial, Gram-negative bacterial, yeast and mould by the results of antibacterial activity test. The critical antibacterial concentration to the bacterial was 1.0mg/ml. The heat treatment test and washing experiments proved that the heat resistance and stability of the nanometer SiOx was good.
