摘要
为了配制高抗盐冻的高性能道路混凝土,自行配制有机硅涂料,并参照CDF混凝土抗盐冻试验方法,研究涂刷有机硅涂料的高性能道路混凝土的抗盐冻性能。结果表明,涂刷该有机硅涂料后,3种水灰比(0.40、0.36和0.32)的高性能混凝土经56次盐冻后剥蚀量均降低了99%以上,相对动弹性模量损失率降低了32%~42%,混凝土表面无明显剥蚀痕迹,显著地提高了高性能道路混凝土的抗盐冻性能,配制出了高抗盐冻的高性能道路混凝土。
In order to prepare the pavement concrete with the high deicing-frost resistance, the organosilicone coat was researched and developed by our lab. And according to the CDF test methods the deicing-frost resistance of the pavement concrete with the organosilicone coat was studied. The results showed that the scaled mass and the dynamic modulus of elasticity loss rate of the concrete with three water-cement ratio decreased by 99 and by 32%-42% after 56 cycles because of the organosilicone coat brushed on the concrete, and the scaling mark on the concrete surface was hardly detected. The organosilicone coat can greatly improve the pavement Concrete in the deicing-frost resistance, the pavement concrete with the high deicing-frost resistant was prepared.
