等离子喷涂液相溶胶制备纳米ZrO2涂层的结构 被引量:1

摘要 采用等离子喷涂液相溶胶制备了氧化锆纳米结构涂层。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜观察了溶胶干燥粉末和涂层的物相组成及显微结构。结果表明,溶胶自然干燥后为非晶态,通过加热可以得到晶体结构,等离子喷涂形成的涂层为单斜相与立方相的混合晶体结构。涂层由致密的熔化较好的颗粒和微裂纹组成。该方法能够得到晶粒很细的纳米结构涂层。 A nanostructured zirconia coatings was elaborated by plasma spray liquid precursor sol. The phase composition and microstructure of the coatings and powders dried from sol was observed by XRD and SEM. The results showed that Non-crystal was obtained by drying sol spontaneously, while crystal structure can be obtained by heating, and the coatings was mixed crystal structure of monocline and cubic by plasma spray. The coatings were composed of dense well melted particles and micro-cracks. The fine grain nanostructured zirconia can be obtained.
