针织纬编结构复合材料拉伸性能的研究

Study of Tensile Behavior for Weft Knitted Structural Composite

本文对针织纬编结构复合材料的拉伸性能进行了试验研究。提出了纬编织物纬向嵌入伸直纱线是提高产品拉伸强力、弹性模量和调整产品变形大小的途径之一,并通过分析认为针织物更适宜作柔性复合材料的增强基体。

The writer of this paper did a lot of experiments and analysed the tensile behavior for weft knitted structural composites. The method of laid-in-yarn along the weft knitting direction was considered as one of the good ways to increase the tensile strength, elastic modulus and to adjust the composite deformation. The writer believes the knitted fabric is better for flexible composites than for other textile structural composites.
