摘要
分析影响捻线系统负荷的机械因素(升降机械)、纱线张力因素,认为降低捻线过程的能耗的途径有:机械方面,加强设备的维护和保养,保证安装符合技术要求,升降部分合理调节配重;工艺方面,合理选择工艺参变数,尽可能减轻尼龙钩重。
Influence on mechnical and yarn tension factors of twisting system load are analysed. The channels of reducing energy consumption in twisting course are considered: in the case of machinery, strenuous maintenance of machine, secure installation conforming technical demand, in the case of technology, resonable seleting processing parameter.
