The Measuring System of the Surface Properties of Three Dimensional Braiding Composite Preform

本文讨论了利用面阵CCD为传感器、以微型机为主体对三维编织复合材料预制件表面性能进行测试的基本原理和结构组成,讨论了视频信号数据采集的实现方法和软件设置,同时给出了部分测试结果。本系统为三维编织复合材料的应用奠定了基础。

In this paper, a measuring system of the surface properties of three dimensional braiding composite preform is introduced, in which the sensor is a two dimensional CCD and the main part is a micro -computer. Also, the realization of the video signal sampling and the disign of the software are discussed. Some measuring results are shown here. This system makes a stable base for the application of the three dimensional braiding composites.
